Sorry about the issues with the registration. There was indeed a missing part from the registration process. That part was just updated into the Instructions section of the receipt email and if you haven't managed to register the application yet, all you have to do is have your receipt email resent to you, as it will contain the updated Instructions section and then follow those instructions.
