eM Client 7.1 Beta

Najnowsza beta tego chyba najładniejszego klienta pocztowego doczekała się wsparcia szyfrowania PGP (menu w zakładce Poczta).

What's new
eM Client 7.1 is bringing some frequently requested features with it as well as several quality of life improvements. PGP encryption support, performing backup while eM Client is running, automatic avatar downloading or Out of office replies for Gmail are just a few of the many features coming in 7.1.
PGP support
Undoubtedly our biggest and most important addition to eM Client 7.1 is PGP support. PGP stands for “Pretty Good Privacy” and it’s as close as you can get to military-grade encryption. Privacy has always been important for us and now we’re bringing you a way to make your emails more secure than ever. Encrypt them with PGP and you can be pretty sure that no one except your recipient will be able to read them.
You can now encrypt your emails with PGP encryption, ensuring unbreakable security.
SIMPLIFIED SECURITY MANAGEMENT
Managing your S/MIME and PGP certificates and keys is a lot easier now, with a new interface
LIVE BACKUP
You no longer have to exit eM Client in order for the backup to proceed. eM Client will now backup while running so you can keep working even while it is underway.
ONLINE AVATAR DOWNLOADING
eM Client now automatically downloads and displays avatars for your contacts from the web. We download from Gravatar, domain icons and more.
IMPROVED PRINT PREVIEW
The print preview has been completely remade and is a lot easier to use. PDF files generated by the print dialog will now have searchable text.
EVEN MORE CUSTOMIZABLE TOOLBARS
We’ve added a lot more customizable buttons to various toolbars in eM Client.
AUTO-RESIZE AND FORMATTING OPTIONS FOR EMBEDDED IMAGES
Your pasted images will now automatically be resized to fit in your email. You will also be able to change the size of the image as well as rotate and flip it.
IMPROVED TABLE EDITOR
Tables have been substantially improved, you can now resize any cell, row or column you want.
TEXT PASTING OPTIONS
You can now easily customize how you want text to be pasted in your emails – you can either choose to keep the formatting or paste it as text only.
IMPROVED CALENDAR INVITES
Calendar invites look and feel way better now.
CUSTOMIZABLE SECONDARY SORTING FOR ALL VIEWS
You can now sort any items (emails, contacts, events, etc.) by two criteria at once.
CALENDAR FOLDER SHARING ON MS EXCHANGE AND ICEWARP
When you share a calendar folder with somebody, they will now receive an email with the invitation to your shared folder. Makes collaboration easy!
GMAIL OUT OF OFFICE RESPONSE
We now support automatic “Out of Office” replies for Gmail as well. Let everyone know that you will not be able to respond to their emails by configuring the automatic response right inside eM Client.

How to participate in the beta test
Anyone with a valid eM Client 7 license is eligible for 7.1 beta, including Free users – 7.1 beta has no expiration date, unlike our previous beta tests. Also unlike our previous eM Client 7 betas, there is no database migration involved, the database structure stays the same, no lengthy import process this time!
We are fairly confident that eM Client 7.1 is stable enough for daily use, but it’s still a beta test. We strongly recommend creating a backup of your 7.0 database before you install the eM Client 7.1 beta update as a safety precaution to prevent any accidental data loss. Downgrading back to 7.0 without a 7.0 backup will not be possible and we will not be able to assist with such issues. As always, by installing a beta version you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
