HitmanPro.Alert is a free tool that mitigates Man-in-the-Browser attacks by informing you when a known or unknown Trojan infiltrated your browser. Keep your money and personal data safe during online banking, shopping, social networking, blogging, gaming and more.

HitmanPro.Alert is is designed to run alongside installed antivirus products. It is not a browser plug-in but a small windows service that checks web browser's integrity.

Changelog

Added support for 64-bit browsers (like Waterfox, Opera 12, etc.).
Support for 64-bit Windows was already in previous beta's.
Added detection of DLL substitution.
ZeroAccess/Sirefef malware uses this technique to advertise its own malicious DLL as mswsock.dll so that other components bind up to the malicious DLL. This technique doesn't use API hooks.
Improved CPU load of scanner.
Added preliminary Dutch strings. More translations will be in the next release.
Changed the color of the Flyout to green.
Added colors to the Details. Red marks possible malicious entries.
Several other improvements related to the GUI.


There is a bug in Beta 2 which prevents it from automatically updating to Beta 3
So please uninstall existing Beta versions before installing Beta 3.

HitmanPro.Alert, now with CryptoGuard

HitmanPro.Alert 2.5 contains a new feature, called CryptoGuard that monitors your file system for suspicious operations. When suspicious behavior is detected, the malicious code is neutralized and your files remain safe from harm.

CryptoGuard works silently in the background at the file system level, keeping track of processes modifying your personal files. CryptoGuard works autonomously, so no user interaction is required.

To protect your files from being taking hostage, simply download and install HitmanPro.Alert.
CryptoGuard is part of HitmanPro.Alert 2.5 (or newer) and supports Windows 8, XP, Vista and 7 (32-bit and 64-bit).

CryptoGuard for Windows File Sharing (SMB)
Major new feature in this build is CryptoGuard support for Windows File Sharing (SMB). This means that you can now protect documents and files shared on the network against remote crypto-ransomware attacks. No need to install software or deploy group policies on every endpoint, just install Alert on the server and your shared documents are protected against network based CryptoLocker attacks.

When an attack has been detected, the infected client(s) can no longer open shared documents for writing on the server. Of course other users in the network are not affected by this mitigation.

This new CryptoGuard for Windows File Sharing feature is supported on Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer.

Note: 64-bit versions of Windows 7 and Windows 8 share the same technology as Windows Server 2008 R2 so these support the new feature as well.


User Interface
As you can see in the screenshot below we gave the user interface an update so that it reflects the features in Alert.

Windows Event Log
Installs, updates and alerts are now logged to the Windows Event Log. This allows system administrators to remotely view which computers in the network tried to encrypt shared documents and files. This so they can take appropriate actions.

The event data contains remote client IP, share name and the documents under attack:

Finally we've added compatibility with Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security (a restart might be needed after installing Alert).

Automatycznie nie , musiałem pobrać z podanego linka a potem poprosił po instalacji o restart kompa i sprawdziłem czy zainstalowała się nowa wersja i jest .
