Remote Desktop Manager to bezpłatna wersja przydatnego narzędzia do zdalnego zarządzania komputerem oraz maszynami wirtualnymi.
Program jest zintegrowany z takimi narzędziami jak MS Remote Desktop i Remote Assistance, pcAnywhere, TeamViewer, Dameware, Radmin, Putty i Logmein. Oprócz tego, obsługuje też następujące rodzaje zdalnych połączeń - FTP, FTPS czy SFTP (WinSCP, Filezilla). Producent zadbał również o bezpieczeństwo dodając szyfrowanie 256-bitowym protokołem AES. W przypadku konieczności wprowadzania zmian w wielu jednostkach jednocześnie możemy skorzystać z trybu sesji grupowej.

Remote Desktop Manager nawiązuje też połączenia z wirtualnymi sieciami prywatnymi VPN (Cisco, Microsoft VPN), wspiera serwery proxy oraz posiada intuicyjny i rozbudowany interfejs użytkownika.

Gdy natomiast zajdzie konieczność pracy tylko na jednej maszynie, dostęp do niej uzyskamy błyskawicznie za pomocą opcji Quick Connect polegającej na tym, że wystarczy wpisać adres IP bądź nazwę danego komputera. Wszystkie powyższe funkcje dostępne są z poziomu bardzo czytelnego i przejrzystego interfejsu użytkownika.
