Koszt programu Write! to tylko 19,95$ za pierwszy rok, 4,95$ następne lata to cena chmury i aktualizacji, Płatna wersja Write! (v. 1.53) zachowuje wszystkie funkcje także w trybie ofline / bez chmury. Dla studentów jest wersja free po rejestracji.
Rozszerzenie .wtt jest trochę uciążliwe i odwołuje do opcji exportu między innymi do .txt, .docx, .html, .odt lub .pdf, ale z drugiej strony plik otworzy tylko Write!. Jedyna rzecz której mi brakuje w programie to możliwość wklejania zdjęć, ale z założenia program ma usprawnić pisanie. Ale z kolej wklejone linki są aktywne.
Pewnie wszystkiego jeszcze nie wiem o tym programie dlatego odsyłam do linku aktualnej wersji v.1.53

With this release, we brought you an ability to input text using Fcitx method, updated dictionaries and delivered other minor improvements and bug fixes.

Here’s what’s new in Write! 1.54.1:

• Added an Fcitx input method on Linux. Fcitx (Flexible Input Method Framework) is an input method framework with extension support, which provides an interface for entering characters of different scripts in applications using a variety of mapping system;
• Added an ability to copy a word when the cursor is inside the word. Now, it is not necessary to select the whole word and then copy it, just put the cursor anywhere in the word and press Ctrl+C (⌘+С on Mac);
• Updated the following dictionaries:
  Bulgarian, Catalan, Czech, Danish, English (UK), Spanish, Estonian, French, Croatian, Italian, Latin, Lithuanian, Latvian, Macedonian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese;
• Improved Autosave Functionality;
• Some users might have faced with a rare bug of a sluggish typing. In this release we have fixed it;
• Other minor bug fixes.

Here’s what’s new in Write! 1.56.0:

• The ability to hide tabs in Normal mode. To activate this function, go to Menu > Settings > General > tick Hide tabs in normal mode;
• Added an ability to install Write! without having administrator rights.
  Please do the next steps in order to finish the setup process successfully:
  1) As soon as the installation starts – click on the Options button, then choose “Install just for you” and the path to the folder where you have permissions to install apps.
  2) Press Install. As soon as the sign with the request for administrator’s rights appears, close it or press “no”.
• Added an ability to change the basic properties of text, e.g capitalization, small caps, subscript, superscript. There are 2 ways you can apply any of them to your text:
  1) Select a fragment of the text > go to Menu > Format > choose either Superscript/Subscript or open Capitalization and choose a capitalization mode you want to apply to the selected text. Do the same actions if you are about to start writing to preliminarily apply the chosen mode all your further written text.
  2) Apply shortcuts to all or some of abovementioned basic properties of the text. Press F1 > choose the property > assign a shortcut and use when it is necessary.
• Fixed the bug with saving to Google Drive;
• Other minor bug fixes and improvements.

• Added functional / contextual shortcut (Ctrl + Enter / ⌘ + Enter), that activates a spellchecker on the word with an error or opens a link;
• Added Hebrew spellchecker dictionary;
• Added an ability to change cursor behavior when working in RTL mode, for this, go to Menu > File > Settings > Advanced > Enable visual cursor behavior (RTL text);
• Added an ability to add space to the inserted words using autocomplete (Menu > Settings > Tools > Autocomplete > Add a space after suggestion);

In this update, we delivered Paste Formatting option, Added headers folding in Markup, improved the sounds processing and made a couple of other improvements and bug fixes.

Here’s what’s new in Write! 1.63.0

• Added Paste Formatting option (Ctrl+Alt+V) that allows to quickly apply the same formatting, such as color, bold, italic, highlight, etc. The Paste Formatting lets you copy the formatting from one piece of text and apply it to another one – think of it as copying and pasting for formatting.
  
  To get started:
  1. Select the text that has the formatting that you want to copy;
  2. Press Ctrl+C;
  3. Select the piece of text you want to apply the formatting to;
  4. Press Ctrl+Alt+V.
  
  Please note, do not start copying text that has space in the beginning, the Copy action must be started from the symbol since the formatting is always copied accordingly to a first symbol.
• Added a possibility to Paste plain text with hyperlinks (Menu > Edit > Paste As > Plain Text + Hyperlinks). You can apply a shortcut for this action, press F1 > find Paste As Plain Text + Hyperlinks and assign a shortcut;
• Added “Document Statistics” action into Tools menu;
• Amended the number of symbols in mini-counter for Tweet (initially Write! recognized text with 140 symbols as a tweet, now it changed to 280 symbols);
• Added headers folding in Markup;
• Added the outline formation in Markup;
• Improved the sounds processing that speeds up general application operation;
• Fixed the bug with copying formatted text to Google Docs;
• Other minor improvements and bug fixes.

Ja nie czaję. Kiedyś ten program był za darmo. Teraz trzeba kupić tak? Na Instalki.pl jest wersja darmowa (nie rozwijana ale działa). Czy warto kupić czy jedna ta darmowa z Instalek wystarczy?

Nie ma co czaić. Program się rozwija. Darmową wersję można znaleźć (sam od niej zaczynałem), lecz aktualna jest bez porównania lepsza. Ma dużo więcej funkcji edytorskich, Płacisz raz (trochę więcej niż rok temu) a później w cenie 5 $/rok chmurę i wszystkie teksty na różnych komputerach (jeśli taka wola). Co prawda pisarzem//copywriterem nie jestem ale rozstać się z Write! nie potrafię. Korzystam codziennie a kolejne wersje wnoszą zawsze coś miłego. Jak chcesz więcej to po marudzę na p/w.
