-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This week Toyah and Robert Fripp are reaching into the Classic Rock. They shared a cover of The Who's ‘Won't Get Fooled Again’, and some classic bloopers that were too good to leave out, as they said themselves.
In the back of the kitchen there was a poster that reads: “FRIPP
?
WHO”

Free albums of Role Models on Bandcamp.com.
Role Models
Role Models is a punk, power pop and rock band from London, UK. Their songs are with some glam punk riffage and Tom Petty style licks and passionate vocal call-to-arm anthems with an underlying punk edge.
When you're a kid, Friday nights are the best thing ever. No school, weekend to piss about with friends, best night of telly. Luckily Role Models never grew up and set about making their own seven day weekend. Meeting in London from their four corners of the globe they settled on Soho as their home, picking their way through the waifs and strays of the city after dark to find themselves playing the soundtrack.
“The stuff we did for kicks, left a little scar I couldn't fix.” - Role Models
Band Members:
Rich Rags (Richard Ragany) - vocals, guitar, strutting
Nick Hughes - guitar, vocals, other stuff
Daniel Husayn - bass, staring
Simon Maxwell - drums, stumbling

Another episode dedicated to the war in Ukraine. Toyah and Robert Fripp covered The Cranberries' anti-war protest anthem ‘Zombie.’ For this one, there was a poster on their kitchen cupboard that says “Every Child is Sacred” while Fripp said, “Hope and love to children in danger everywhere.”

Toyah Willcox and Robert Fripp have taken on Garbage's hit ‘I Think I’m Paranoid’ for this week's edition of their Sunday Lunch.
Robert was sporting a very spring-like vest and tie, while Toyah has covered herself in gold foil leaf. There are two cupboard signs this week: “G weU” and “I Think I'm Fripp'd.” This week's video also includes some bonus blooper footage.

Toyah celebrated her birthday last week, and the ever so cute Robert Fripp sang her a serenade. For her age, she looks fantastic and is full of energy. Toyah loves L-I-F-E simply put.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Toyah and Robert Fripp covered Radiohead's ‘Creep.’ No mohawk last sunday for Robert, Toyah made interesting used of what they call “cling film” in the UK, or maybe she did go all the way in what is perhaps her raciest outfit yet. Such Fripp nips. This week's cupboard sign is “Fripp's A Creep.”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today Toyah and Robert Fripp performed cover of Hole’s ‘Celebrity Skin’. Their cover is pretty traditional overall, with Toyah upping her metal-esque behavior.
This week's cupboard posters: “Celebrity Fripp” and “Hail Queen Courtney.”

ABBAtar arrival: Swedish supergroup reunites after 40-year wait in digital world first. Band returned to the stage to present their album “Voyage”... but as digital versions of themselves. The virtual concert launched in London on Thursday with a star-studded event attended by the Swedish pop superstars, as well as Kylie Minogue and the king and queen of Sweden.
Inside the purpose-built 3,000-capacity arena at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London, they were backed by a live band of 10 musicians and a complex light show.
The so-called Abbatars were created through months of motion-capture and performance techniques with the four band members and an 850-strong team from Industrial Light and Magic, the company founded by Star Wars creator George Lucas, in its first foray into music. Writing for The Guardian, Alexis Petridis awarded the event five stars and said: “Whatever they are, the effect is genuinely jaw-dropping.”
Will we also turn into avatars in the future? Will real life will become virtual life? Or maybe the other way around. Wow! I'm real scared.

Last sunday, Toyah and Robert Fripp performed a cover of the INXS classic, ‘Devil Inside’. Both got dressed for the part, especially Fripp who was donned a pair of Devil's horns and a Satanic cloak. In turn, Toyah performed a hellish dance. The kitchen cupboard read “Devil in Fripp.”
Tomb Mold, one of the best new death metal bands in recent years, are back with a 3-song EP that is streaming on Bandcamp now.
Tomb Mold
Tomb Mold is a death metal band from Toronto, Canada. The band started out as a two man (Finnish Death Metal-esque) project between two multi-instrumentalists: Derrick Vella and Max Klebanoff.
They had only intended to write and record a few demo tapes and call it a day but after seeing such a positive response from the two 2016 demo tapes, they decided to continue and put out a full length in early 2017.
In 2017, two members joined the band: Payson Power (guitars) and Steve Musgrave (bass). And that's how it started...

Today, Toyah & Robert Fripp have covered Rage Against the Machine’s “Killing in the Name”. Robert has the drop-D riff down cold, and Toyah brings her usual theatricality to this one via some blood-red paint. She seems to be suggesting that the police have blood on their hands. Well, probably this outfit wouldn’t do well in a mosh pit.
Today's cupboard posters was a quote Gill Scott Heron's: “The Revolution is When U Change Your Mind.”

Two legendary hip-hop artists, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah, from the Wu-Tang Clan, are featured on the soundtrack. The song “We Ain't Came To Lose”, has both Raekwon and Ghostface Killah contribute a verse.
Ghostface raps from the perspective of being Shredder, saying that he'll “squish turtles” and how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are “fake ninjas.” Raekwon's verse is from the perspective of the Turtles, where he references extra-large pizza and mentions a few of the characters' weapons, like Leonardo's swords and Michelangelo's nunchucks.

Last Sunday, Toyah & Robert Fripp covered Foo Fighters’ ‘All My Life’. While the King Crimson founder strummed his acoustic guitar to the beat, Toyah, meanwhile, was squirting herself in a variety of colors paint on top her gold-leaf covered chest.
