We’re thrilled to announce that ExpressVPN is working with HP to help its users stay private and secure online. VPNs are indispensable tools for digital safety, and many HP customers will now be secured from Day 1 with ExpressVPN protection preinstalled on select new HP consumer PCs.
The demand for consumer VPNs is growing at an extraordinary rate: A recent study by GlobalWebIndex revealed that 30% of internet users have used VPNs in the past month alone. The global VPN market is also expected to grow by around 50%, from an estimated $23.6 billion in 2019 to nearly $36 billion in 2022.

TL;DR: bloatware is bloatware. I am wondering how long it will take to add GUID's to or/and

1. This is not OFFER, but another part of crapware/bloatware for which ExpressVPN have paid HP, similarly to LastPass developers, both in 30-day trial versions being pushed to the users in the exactly same way as Candy Crush in W10*
2. As rightfully written between the rows, VPN market is now $23.6B and ExpressPVN would love to have a bigger share in this cake NOT by providing better services but by calculating that at least a few users would not use decrapifier. However, personally I doubt if developers of ExpressVPN would realise that side effect can be that their bloatware woould be classified as PUP and added to most popular system cleaners - what is likely, or the users will uninstall it at first start**

confirms that in both cases this is a forcedfully pushed installation of the same trial version as on the respective providers' webpages
** - currently it is estimated that 80% of users who try/buy Kaspersky Internet Security/Kaspersky Total Security uninstalls first bundled KAspersky Secure Connection even if it's free up to 200MB daily.

Bloatware/PUP has long and bad reputation and personally I do not think that it is a good step... looks rather to be the desperate towel throw.

PS: seem that I'm not alone with opinion:
