Wording of the ToC is taken DIRECTLY from Facebook, where this wording sparked some attraction... 10 years ago and since then all FB users are happy with sending their photos for "perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully-paid, transferable sub-licensable license". Evidence that it is at least 10 years old and that the wording is WIDELY used by others here:

Actually, it is well described in "Aspects of Personal Privacy in Communications: Problems, Technology and Solutions" where same wording is mentioned as used by other giants, LinkedIn as first in the endless row.
