ONLYOFFICE (dawniej Teamlab) to pakiet biurowy, open source, opracowany przez Ascensio System SIA z siedzibą w Rydze (Łotwa). To modułowe rozwiązanie zawiera system do zarządzania dokumentami, projektami, relacjami z klientami i e-mailem.

Funkcjonalność pakietu ONLYOFFICE

Moduł Dokumenty to scentralizowany system zarządzania dokumentami. Obejmuje on: zarządzanie dzieleniem się z trzema poziomami praw (tylko do odczytu, pełny dostęp, przeglądanie, kontrola wersji i rewizja dokumentów, podłączanie zewnętrznych magazynów chmurowych, takich jak YandexDisk, Box, Dropbox, Dysk Google, SharePoint, OneDrive, OwnCloud).

Moduł Projekty obejmuje wszystkie fazy realizacji projektu: planowanie postępu, zarządzanie zespołem i dystrybucję zadań, śledzenie postępów i raportów. Aby zilustrować plan realizacji projektu i zależności między zadaniami, wdrażany jest wykres Gantta.

Moduł CRM zapewnia możliwości zarządzania bazą klientów za pomocą takich narzędzi interakcji z klientem (CRM), jak kontakty, potencjalne oferty, zadania, historia współpracy. Dostępna jest funkcja płatności online.

Moduł Mail integruje serwer pocztowy w celu tworzenia korporacyjnych skrzynek pocztowych przy użyciu własnej nazwy domeny i agregatora poczty do centralnego zarządzania korespondencją.

Moduł Kalendarz to narzędzie do planowania i śledzenia wydarzeń osobistych i korporacyjnych, terminów zadań w projektach i CRM. Kalendarz ONLYOFFICE umożliwia odbieranie i wysyłanie zaproszeń, a także integrację z aplikacjami innych producentów, które obsługują format iCal.

Moduł Społeczność oferuje kompletny zestaw narzędzi do budowania sieci społecznościowej w firmie: przeprowadzanie ankiet; blogi korporacyjne i fora; publikowanie wiadomości, zamówień, ogłoszeń; posłaniec.

Technologia pakietu ONLYOFFICE

Pod względem technologicznym rozwiązanie składa się z 3 części: serwera dokumentów (serwer dokumentów), serwera współpracy (serwer społecznościowy) i serwera poczty (serwer poczty).

Serwer dokumentów zawiera przeglądarki i edytory dokumentów tekstowych, arkuszy kalkulacyjnych i prezentacji. Kod po stronie klienta dla edytorów jest napisany w JavaScript przy użyciu elementu Canvas (HTML5).

Serwer współpracy obejmuje wszystkie moduły funkcjonalne ONLYOFFICE. Dla Windows kod po stronie serwera jest napisany w ASP.Net, wersja dla systemów operacyjnych opartych na Linuxie używa Mono.

Serwer pocztowy jest pełnoprawnym serwerem pocztowym opartym na pakiecie iRedMail. To rozwiązanie obejmuje następujące komponenty: Postfix, Dovecot, SpamAssassin, ClamAV, OpenDKIM, Fail2ban.

Edytory pulpitu ONLYOFFICE to bezpłatny pakiet biurowy do pracy z dokumentami tekstowymi, arkuszami kalkulacyjnymi i prezentacjami bez połączenia z Internetem. Aplikacja łączy się z wersją ONLYOFFICE w chmurze i serwerze, umożliwiając w ten sposób wspólną edycję dokumentów w czasie rzeczywistym.

Aplikacja obsługuje wszystkie popularne platformy: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, XP, 2003, Vista (32-bit i 64-bit), Debian, Ubuntu i pochodne, dystrybucje Linux oparte na RPM, Mac OS 10.10 lub nowszy.
