Hello There!
I would really like to know your views on which of two[Prevx or BPS] is a better cloud-based anti-virus.So far I found Prevx 3.0 to be light and effective and very good at detecting hidden or cloaked malwares,no idea about BPS :dziwak
Please do share your experiences here with me :D

Regards

Never got round to testing BPS cause the free version supports only x32, which is a major flaw compared to e.g. Prevx and its free SafeOnline product that I can wholeheartedly recommend to you - you won't be disappointed mate.

I also read plenty of good reviews for BPS paid edition so to me there's a win-win scenario and it's up to you to decide.

Thank you korben for your reply,I agree no support for 64-bit is a huge drawback for BPS,Also BPS unlike Prevx is incompatible with other security softwares :x
Yes I am using free SafeOnline as well,it would be nice to know how Prevx's paid and BPS's paid:- detection rate, memory consumption, etc. are stacked against each other :D
I feel Prevx has edge over BPS :dziwak
Cloud Anti-virus are definitely good to have on your system for that light resource consumption :D

BPS supports x64 OS...
Zaloguj lub Zarejestruj się aby zobaczyć!

No Prevx has no edge over BPS becouse BPS offers better protection aganist 0day malware: whitelisting + HIPS (it's called BlueCore Protection) + Heuristics + Cloud computing when Prevx has only Heuristics + cloud computing :p
And I know what I'm talking about becouse I have used both ;)

Yes BPS is light :p
Weakeness could be they forum - spambots... :p
And now seriously - you must whitelist a app after each update, and delete every rules form whitelist individually.
The strong features I've posted above ;)
