Floorp has a slightly higher number of Japanese users with a ratio of 4:6, but it is becoming a globalized web browser. Therefore, Floorp (developer) opens a Subreddit on his Reddit so that overseas users can send opinions and requests to his Floorp. r/Floorp

So, one Polish user, u/gEdd243, appreciated Floorp's experience and redesigned it.

What's new in Floorp!

• Enhance the keyboard operation of Floorp! Added a custom shortcut key(CSK) function that allows you to change the key freely!

Added custom shortcut key functionality, a long requested feature request. Not all keys are available due to cross-platform compatibility, but for the first time in a Firefox family of browsers, you can perform over 80 commands without a mouse that are definitely not available in web extensions. We plan to add more actions in the future.

• Floorp now uses the "ja-JP-mac" language pack instead of "JA" for Mac builds.

• Fixed the problem with the position of the window container when two or more windows were opened, and tab bar customization was enabled.

• Now, Floorp show release note after Floorp installed update!

Ready for this, We provide English version of release notes instead of Japanese version of it.

Experiemtal feature!

• On webpabel (Browser Manager Sidebar), Addon's content script can be run.

Change about:config pref: floorp.browser.sidebar2.addons.enabled to true apply this experiment.

Changed:

• Workspaces doesn't disable by tab group add-on.

Before Floorp 11.2.1, If Floorp notice installed tab group add-on, Workspaces is disabled by Floorp. This feature is removed.

If you want to use tab group add-on, Disable Workspaces & reboot Floorp.

• OSFile.jsm has been removed.
• Some codes are refactored. Causes by this, Floorp gets more speed.
• IP address hidden settings are changed by Firefox's default. This change makes Floorp's speed-up.
• Now, user.js install feature has auto-update feature. Re-install user.js to apply this configuration.
