I just came across this and ended up liking it a lot, thought I would share.

Capabilities:

Speeds up boot up time and overall Windows performance
Turns on and off autorun elements
Removes autorun elements
Batch processes autorun records
Automatically controls disabled records
Suspends running of programs (not available on Windows XP)
Shows a visual Windows boot up time diagram

Może nie wszyscy kojarzą ten darmowy program, ale jest to jeden z modułów Reg Organizera, na który trwa obecnie konkurs na tutejszym forum.

Autorun Organizer to darmowe narzędzie do zarządzania sekcją „autorun” w systemie operacyjnym. Za jego pomocą możemy monitorować i zarządzać wszystkimi aplikacjami uruchamiającymi się wraz z systemem Windows.

Autorun Organizer może posłużyć również jako oprogramowanie do wyszukiwania szkodliwych aplikacji, które bez zgody użytkownika zostały zainstalowane na dysku twardym i wpływają negatywnie na pracę komputera. Autorun Organizer przyśpiesza uruchamianie komputera, poprzez wyłączenie zbędnych aplikacji i procesów.

Użytkownicy mogą ustanawiać priorytety, czyli dostosowywać uruchamianie najważniejszych aplikacji w pierwszej kolejności. Istnieje też możliwość dodawania nowych aplikacji oraz kasowania pustych wpisów – zalegających w naszym rejestrze systemowym.

Jest wiele programów do optymalizacji autostartu, ale ten jest naprawdę fajny.

Program umożliwia zorientowanie się jak wyglądał czasowo system podczas ostatnich startów. Można czywiście, wyłączać poszczególne elementów autostartu, a także (co ciekawe) ustalać o ile opóźnić start wytypowanej aplikacji.
Obecnie Autorun Organizer jest w wersji 1.41 i wchodzi w skład Reg Organizera 7.

Autorun Organizer 2.0

Support of the new startup locations: Services and Drivers. Autorun Organizer allows to to configure the delayed launch of the applications from these locations as for other startup applications.
When displaying entries which are calling the third-party code by way of using the rundll32.exe program, the information about the actually called module is shown instead of rundll32.exe.
A command for removing the selected entry has been added to the startup items list.
Bug fixed: In some cases the new entries were not shown in the separate group as is customary in the program.

The applications which has a big impact on the startup are marked
in the list with the arrow (available in Windows 10/8).

* Now it is possible to restore using the Undoing Changes Center
the startup entries you ever removed. With it it is also easy
to cancel the performed optimizations of the startup entries
in case this is necessary.

* Bug fixed: If larger system fonts are enabled in Windows 10/8.1,
the program's windows have been blurred.
