This release also includes all features and fixes originally introduced in v5.2.9.176 (component package 129.0.5196). That version's rollout was paused due to the Web Protection issue, which has now been resolved.

Desktop Security for Windows version 5.3.2.195 was released on 29 May 2025.

Issues fixed
- Fixed an issue where the tray menu would appear on the wrong monitor in multi-display setups.
- Fixed a bug that prevented device deactivation for some users.
- Fixed an issue where Ransomware Protection would sometimes not shut down properly, causing delays on Windows shutdown.
Malwarebytes v5.3.2.195 component package 134.1.5283 is now available.
You can get the update right away by clicking "Check for updates" in Settings > General. Or, it will be automatically installed if you have automatic updates enabled.
