Ja też korzystam z 12.16 . Dzisiaj u córki usunąłem 19.0... na starszą wersję. Zaczęło ubywać wolnego miejsca na dysku systemowym z 7,9 Gb zrobiło się kilkanaście Mb. W menedżerze zadań widok; ile otwartych stron, tyle plików opera.exe. Na razie pomogło .
Ale w/g mnie zmiany w kolejnych wersjach Opery chyba nie idą w dobrym kierunku. A przy okazji zapytam; czy spotkaliście sie ze stabilnym systemem bez IE?
