Thanks very much for the link for manual activation! I try to address their support but it seems that there is no more support available with invalid email shown.
Do you know how to retrieve/get the Customer ID?

Customer ID should be in email with license.

I don't know how to get activation codes for programs.
The keys to the programs are on the home page after purchasing, creating an account and logging.
