Robert Fripp and Toyah Willcox are again in their kitchen, have shared a cover of ‘Bullet With Butterfly Wings’ by the Smashing Pumpkins. Toyah plays the butterfly while Robert is, like the world, a vampire - at least on the drawing taped to their kitchen cupboard.

The pair's Sunday Lunch series has been taken “to a whole new level” this week. It’s exactly what you would expect, mainly a bizarre take on a classic song with Toyah threatening to let ’em out of their cage at a moment’s notice. And Robert Fripp: Bollocks!

The Massachusetts based band recorded their debut EP with The Getaway Group, who have also worked with artists such as Title Fight, Ceremony, and Transit. The Ghosts EP is dedicated to two friends of the band, both of whom lost their lives in recent years.

Toyah & Robert Fripp just dropped in support of Ukraine in cover Living Colour’s “Cult of Personality.” For the occasion, Toyah donned an outfit in the colors of the Ukrainian flag. They also made a version of the flag of the President of the Ukraine that's affixed to their kitchen cupboards, and at the end the title “Ukraine We Hear You” comes across the screen.

Last Sunday Toyah and Robert Fripp shared a cover of Green Day’s pop-punk classic ‘Basket Case.’ Always a fan of props, Toyah wears a basket on her head for part of the video and then plays a drum with eggplants. The inscription was on the their kitchen cupboard: “May Ur Basket Overflow with LOVE.”

Toyah Willcox and Robert Fripp have shared a cover of Kaiser Chiefs’ “I Predict a Riot”. Last Sunday they again refered to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Fripp was dressed a blue waistcoat and yellow tie. Appeared a poster with a drawing of a lighthouse and the word “HOPE” on their kitchen cupboard.

The video showcases Toyah dancing in front of fake blue flames, and continues a recent trend of Toyah no longer performing half-naked in every cover. Guys! Your loss!

The last two Foo Fighters shows with drummer Taylor Hawkins. At the time of Hawkins’ death, The Foo Fighters were on tour in South America. The drummer played his last concert at Lollapalooza Argentina in San Isidro on March 20, 2022.

Hawkins was a huge Queen fan and often covered the band during Foo Fighters' shows. Members of the legendary British band have reacted to the news of his passing, with Brian May writing on Instagram: “No. It cannot be. Heartbroken. Taylor, you were family to us. Our friend, our brother, our beloved child. Bless you. We will miss you so bad. Bri.”

During the last concert, Hawkins sang a cover of Queen's Somebody To Love, while Dave Grohl played the drums (Argentina video - from 1:11:14).

Back in March, Toyah and King Crimson's Robert Fripp covered Living Colour's “Cult of Personality” in solidarity with Ukraine. They've now revisited the song for their Sunday Lunch covers series.

In the back of the kitchen was a poster with a hand-painted Living Color longside a peace sign, though Toyah can still be seen clutching a toy gun. Another interesting outfit by Toyah, too.

After the cover, they attached the music video for Toyah's “Barefoot on Mars,” which the singer dedicated to her mother.
