• Converter: More reliable reading of encoder error logs.
• Converter: Worked around FLAC refusing to encode odd-length 24-bit files since recent changes.
• Windows: Made respect filesystem:pen_shareable flag for opening local files (opens with all FILE_SHARE_*).
