You can create a 2nd battlenet account if you like for this. Seen many are doing that to activate this 2nd one as you can guess most gamers have got Overwatch already (& why overwatch is so many copies spare due to humble monthly). However I dunno if after activation you'd be able to play with normal connection or if you wish to join online regional leagues & stuff... maybe those play it regularly can tell.
