1. NEW: Data can be piped to the decoder (example 1: MAC.exe - C:\Out.wav -d < C:\In.ape | example 2: MAC.exe - - -d < C:\In.ape > C:\Out.wav)
2. Changed: Modern common controls are called for in the manifest instead of in the code.
3. Changed: When decoding from a pipe or other unknown length file, the entire input file is read to a buffer so the length can be properly calculated and seeks for each frame work properly.
