+ If the ping_dest setting is a DNS name, it is now resolved to an IP address.

- IPlists now honour the full IPv6 address, not just the prefix.

! We have a new certificate for Windows kernel mode driver code signing. This
no longer supports Windows 8.1 or earlier. Unfortunately, this means that
the driver will no longer load under Windows 7/8/8.1, but only with
Windows 10 and up.
