Windows Firewall Control 3.5.0.5 beta 1

First of all, thank you for your feedback and your help.

What's new:
- I have found the problem with the duplicate notifications when Learning Mode is enabled and PeerBlock or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware are used. I have build a new beta version which resolves the duplicate notifications when these programs are used with WFC.
- Main window can be closed with ESC key. (majoMo)

This version was tested on Windows 8 RTM x86.

Windows Firewall Control v.6.30.1.0 - Beta release

Change log:
- Fixed: Mounting a volume in VeraCrypt while wfcUI.exe is elevated, does not refresh the Windows Firewall state and the existing firewall rules defined for files located on the encrypted drive do not work unless you manually switch the profile.
- Fixed: A warning message is logged repeatedly in WFC event log if the service is stopped and the tray app can't connect to the service.
- Fixed: Requesting elevation and cancelling the request triggers an unhandled exception in the tray app if the service is stopped.
- Improved: Reduced workload on service side when notifications are disabled.
